About Me
Read MoreThank you for stopping by. I am an engineer by profession in the field of computer hard-disk drives. I spend most of my time in a technical world of measurements and definitions where I try to define reality objectively.
Photography, on the other hand, fascinates me as an engineer. It is engaging not just on a technical level but more so on an aesthetic level. It has an ability to challenge perception and stretch imagination in a way that can sometimes only be done through photography.
Objectively speaking, a camera can make a pretty accurate "visual measurement" of the scene, but human perception is defined not just by what we see but also by what we feel. It is this subjective nature of the visual interpretation that opens the door for creativity in photography. So the fascinating part about photography is not just to shoot what we see but also to show what we feel.
In my images I explore both the artistic and the technical aspects of photography. I hope you enjoy browsing through my portfolio. Thanks again for stopping by.
